Track Sectioning Site (TSS) Cabinets

As part of the Great Western Electrification Project, UKPNS were contracted by Network Rail via a Framework to deliver the Electrification Distribution requirements.

Part of the scope of this work included a large number of Remotely Operated Motorised OLE Switches. As this was a relatively new concept on the Railway, no standard solution existed to provide LV Power and Control to the Switches.

UKPNS therefore contacted ICS because of their In-House Engineering expertise and ability to respond to Client queries quickly. After initial discussions regarding developing a conceptual design, UKPNS awarded ICS the Contract to develop, design and manufacture a solution.
