HS2 Enabling Works: Euston Package

As part of the HS2 Enabling Works the disused Carriage Shed on the approach to Euston Station was due to be demolished.

The scope: the Building at Euston housed the 11kV Ring Main Feed from the Substation at Camden through to the Substations within Euston Station, including the Cables which ran along the wall at High-level. ICS were employed by Skanska for the Supply of a Replacement 11kV Package Substation complete with 11000/415V Transformer and LV Distribution Feeder Pillar to provide the required LV Supplies to the EMU Stabling Point Staff Building and Light Towers.
